About the Experience
Explore the fascinating world of wild mushrooms in the green forests of the National Park and Unesco Geopark of Vikos-Aoos. Our expert staff will guide you on a 2-hour hike on selected natural habitat sites to help you develop an understanding of the wider ecological significance of mushrooms, as well as of the role of mushrooms in human history, culture and gastronomy. The safari culminates with a 12 course mushroom feast, including appetizers, main courses and desserts curated and presented by the chef and owner. Rare and endemic grape varieties of Greece form the core options of wine pairing to complement and highlight this unique gastronomic experience.
