About the Experience
A programme for wine lovers and all those who wish to get to know the character that the land gives to our wines. The history unfolds through a special tour of the estate, the Vineyard with its charismatic soil and the Dependency. Then, the tasting of selected wines from the charismatic vineyards surrounding the estate follows in the central hall with the monastery table or on the terrace with the magnificent view.

Cuvee III White

Varietal Composition:
Malagousia 60%, Assyrtiko 20%, Chardonnay 20%
Malagousia and Assyrtiko, two of the most striking varieties of Greek grape, come together with Chardonnay in a unique blend. Separate vinification of each variety means that the Malagousia and Assyrtiko ferment in small tanks and mature together with their wine lees, while the Chardonnay matures in barrels that give it its characteristically rich palette. The grapes are cultivated at an altitude of 900 metres, giving this wine a cool acidity and expressive aroma.

At the Mega Spileo vineyard, the popular Assyrtiko variety comes together with the rare local Lagorthi to create a unique wine, full of character. Fine aromas of roasted nuts mingle with the freshness of yellow fruit marmalades and herbs. The wine ferments and matures with its wine lees in new oak barrels, and 2 years of ageing after bottling confer striking character and complexity. An elegant white wine, suitable for ageing.

Mavrodaphne 40%, Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Agiorgitiko 20%
3 emblematic red varieties, Mavrodaphne, Cabernet Sauvignon and Agiorgitiko, cultivated in mountain vineyards surrounding the Mega Spileo vineyard in Achaia, unite to produce a one-of-a-kind “new-world” red wine. Dense and exuberant, with aromatic notes of red fruit syrup, chocolate and coconut, this robust wine is full of unique flavours.

The Mega Spileo vineyard with its unique micro-climate, produces two exquisite local varieties, Mavrodaphne and Mavro Kalavritino. The blend of these two varieties through maturation in new French oak barrels produces an elegant and fine red wine with complex, concentrated flavours, suitable for ageing. One of the most iconic wines we produce.

“Mystic” Greek Varieties Blend
The first alcoholic fermentation is done by the classical method, while its bubbles are produced by a second alcoholic fermentation in a closed stainless-steel tank. It is a pleasant and elegant sparkling wine, with well-kept secrets. The fruit aromas balance with the botanical character and the vivid acidity and give it a charming aftertaste for every occasion!
