- Tyropitoudia (Traditional cheese pie, from Saint Dimitrios village. Leaf stuffed with fresh cheece of Lemnos, egg and mint. The dough is made from flour of Lemnos, eggs, milk, salt and water.)
- Kavourmas of Lemnos (Pork cooked in lard, served cold).
- Giaprakia (Traditional appetizer of Saint Dimitrios Village. There are made of Muscat of Alexandria vine leaves, rice, onion, olive oil, pulp and lemon.)
- Tomatoes
- Bread Mavragani
- Melichloro of Lemnos
- Katimeria (Traditional sweet bread of Saint Dimitrios village, w ith cinnamon)
