Stroll through our beautifully designed cellar, capture the moment with photos, and don’t forget to take a piece of Lesvos home – our wines and local products are available for purchase at the end of your visit!

White Dry Wine
Kalloniatiko, Fokiano and Assyrtiko
The bio white Daphnis & Chloe (PGI-certified), a white vinification from reddish grapes, has a delicate aroma and refined taste. It is composed of Kalloniatiko, Fokiano and Assyrtiko varieties and pairs excellently with white meats, fish, and seafood. Served at 9-11°C.

Mandilaria, Vapsa and Fokiano
The bio red Daphnis & Chloe (PGI-certified) is distinguished by its deep red color, rich aroma of red fruits and spices, and long-lasting aftertaste. It is made from Mandilaria (Gndoura), Vapsa and Fokiano (Rikara).
Makara
Red Dry Wine
Kalloniatiko and Fokiano
The PGI Makara, a fine red wine, highlights the aromas of the Lesbian terroir and consists of Kalloniatiko and Fokiano (Rikara). Served at 16-18°C, it pairs ideally with game, spicy dishes, cheeses and red meats.
Dolce Kleopatra
Red Semi-Sweet
Fokiano, Kalloniatiko and Muscat
The Dolce Kleopatra, a semi-sweet red wine, boasts a vibrant red color, distinct fruity aromas, and a pleasantly sweet taste. It is made from Fokiano, Kalloniatiko and Muscat varieties and pairs well with strong flavors, spicy cheeses and fruits.
Rose Kleopatra
Dry Roze
The Rose Kleopatra, a fruity dry rosé with a bright pink hue and violet reflections, has a refreshing acidity. It contains Fokiano and Savvatiano, making it an excellent companion for white meats with sauces, soft cheeses and cured meats.
