About the Experience

Discover the freshness and elegance of wine with the MONSIEUR NICOLAS WELCOME experience. A curated tasting journey that introduces you to the world of dry whites, semi-dry rosé, and refined PDO red wines.

Your experience begins with a comprehensive tour of our winery, where tradition meets modern techniques in the creation of high-quality wines. Learn about the fermentation process and how terroir, temperature control, and precise timing shape the aromatic and flavor profiles of each wine.

The tasting includes four carefully selected wines: two fresh, dry whites (one aromatic and one semi-aromatic), one semi-dry rosé, and a rich, full-bodied PDO red. The whites offer fresh, lively notes of citrus and floral aromas, while the semi-dry rosé impresses with its refreshing acidity and balanced sweetness. The PDO red concludes the experience with its unique elegant profile and complex flavors, marked by velvety tannins and deep floral notes.

To enhance your tasting, you can opt to add a platter of local cheeses, cold cuts, and light accompaniments, perfectly paired with the wines. The platter is available for €5 per person and must be pre-ordered to ensure freshness. For those who choose not to order the platter, complimentary breadsticks will be provided during the tasting.
