In the hotel lobby a collection of Greek products is hosted by small producers who approach biologically the cultivation of the land as well as products that have been selected with a unique criterion of their quality.

During the summer, tours are organized in order to contact the visitor with the new urban trends on the espresso coffee, the Greek culture of Mediterranean cuisine and the tasting of the Greek wines.

Espresso coffee comes from that they call micro roster, where approaching the blends of the coffee, usually 100% Arabica, trying to highlight the location and the relief of the area where it comes from and this gives a completely different view of the usually Italian blends.

The choices of Mediterranean cuisine “twist” by the Chef trying to give a contemporary look and remaining faithful to its raw material and quality, will help the visitor to understand
